Accommodation at St John's Innovation Centre, Cambridge

St John's Innovation Centre offers business address and serviced office accommodation services to early start businesses. A full business incubation service is offered to tenant companies, incorporating a range of business support, training and advisory services. 

The philosophy of the Innovation Park is to provide security and flexibility to tenants, and the Centre therefore offers renewable leases for up to three years with the option to break on one month's notice. Individual units - which can range in size from 10 to 500 sq.m.

The St Johns Innovation Centre building has been designed so that each floor forms a 'street' complex which allows tenants to 'shop' for services from fellow tenants to aid the development of their businesses. These include expertise in:

• Product innovation, design and manufacture Marketing and public relations
• Corporate design
• Advertising
• Human resource development and management
• Training
• Fund raising and other financial services
• Training in a wide range of business related subjects

Rent address Star service (Virtual Office)

A rent-address service called the Star Service, which offers a business address, telephone, fax and post handling plus access to our building's facilities to high-tech companies or companies that provide directly relevant business support services and that want an Innovation Centre 'office' but is unable to take up residency on the Park. This virtual office service has been used by numerous start-up companies as the first stage in becoming a tenant.

Business Support and advice

Experienced business advisers are on-site to support clients with a wide range of business issues, with specialist expertise in finance and marketing. Regular business development and training sessions and workshops are held in our conference and meeting rooms to support the development of the high-growth technology companies who are tenants at the Innovation Centre.
