Rent-address Star Service

Centre offers business address and accommodation facilities at three levels, namely:

A rent-address service called the Star Service, which offers a business address, telephone, fax and post handling plus access to our building's facilities to high-tech companies or companies that provide directly relevant business support services and that want an Innovation Centre 'office' but is unable to take up residency on the Park. This service has been used by numerous start-up companies as the first stage in becoming a tenant.
The Star Service is available at three different levels:

Three Star

£7 + VAT per week
A prestigious business address with Cambridge postcode Post, parcel and fax handling The use of fax, photocopier, document binding etc. The hire of conference rooms, meeting rooms and boardroom at preferential rates Free access to the business support services of the Centre

Five Star

£14 + VAT per week
Three star service plus: Use of a communal telephone line and all associated message-taking facilities

Seven Star

£26 + VAT per week
Five star service plus: Your own telephone number which can be forwarded or answered by our staff in your company name and messages taken.
