Masterclass Dates

The programme will consist of a masterclass growth planning day, at which the management team of each business will work with a coach to determine their strategic priorities for growth and develop a tailored action plan. Selected companies will be offered the opportunity of four half-days of 1:1 coaching to assist the implementation of their growth plans.

- skills development

Who is it for?
Businesses based in Huntingdonshire who have:
- Been trading for at least one year
- The potential to achieve sales growth of 20% or above per annum for a 3 year period
- a turnover in the last year of between £100k and £10M
- a team of at least 4 but fewer than 250 staff
- aspirations and drive to take the business to the next level
- willingness to commit sufficient time to the process and for follow up monitoring
