If so, the new national Business Coaching for Growth service could help you to achieve the growth that you aspire to. This service aims to identify targeted support for your business by:
- Assessing your business for the capability, capacity and aspirations for growth
- Placing an experienced business coach into your business to assist your senior management team with planning and implementing growth strategies
- Helping you to raise finance to support your growth ambitions and making introductions to targeted investors
- Supporting you with specialist coaching and masterclasses to help you to innovate in your business
- Workshops and Masterclasses to help you gain the business skills and knowledge essential to achieving success
The service is designed to be action orientated. A coach will help with structure, direction and defining targets or milestones but you implement the recommendations and work towards the targets between each meeting. You therefore take ownership of a progressive growth plan which is developed over a period of 6-12 months. Areas to be addressed may include:
- market understanding
- operational issues
- innovation
- supply chain management
- leadership and management capability
- skills development
The new serive is being by a national consortium including the highly experienced team at St John’s Innovation Centre. The coaches are experienced business coaches who have hands-on experience of growing businesses. They understand the challenges you face so are well placed to help you unlock the issues and forge a path to sustainable increases in turnover and profit.
