Who, How, Why?

Who is it for? (Eligibility Criteria)

Coaching is open to businesses in the East of England that have:

-  been trading for at least one year,
-  a turnover in the last year of between £100k and £20M
-  the potential to achieve sales growth of 20% or above per annum for a 3 year period -  a team of at least 4 but fewer than 250 staff
-  aspirations and drive to take your business to the next level

How does it work?

Over a 3 – 5 month period, the programme works like this:

-  Attend the initial master class where you will work with a coach selected to meet your business need
-  identify areas where growth can be achieved within your business
-  develop an individual action plan to enable you to achieve your goals
-  apply for coaching
-  start work with your management team and the coach who has been selected for his/her relevant experience
-  4 half days of support over a 2 month period spent implementing your action plan
-  if progress is good, up to 4 further half days of coach support is available

The team at St John’s Innovation Centre will keep in touch at regular intervals to ensure the programme is working for you.
