There are a number of catering options, listed below, which are available for conferences at St John’s Innovation Centre. A sit-down meal in the restaurant is also an option.

This page provides information relating to all the Hospitality Catering services we offer. The full range of buffets, additional food items and beverages are detailed within this brochure including associated costs.

The menu selection detailed should serve as a guide for planning your meeting/event. If you find you require something outside of the scope of this selection please contact us on the numbers listed so that we can discuss your personal requirements.

Placing an Order

To place an order please fill in the enclosed Function Booking Form with the required information and e-mail it to the catering department conference@stjohns.co.uk We will confirm your order and contact you in due course if we require any further information relating to your event.

Billing Policies

The approximate cost for the function is detailed on the booking form. Any additional costs that may arise will not be processed before the customer has been contacted. At which time the final cost will then be charged through the relevant payment procedure.

Time Requirement

  • To ensure we are able to plan ahead, we would appreciate if you would comply with the following time scales
  • All functions must be placed 24 hours in advance.
  • If you are unable to give 24 hours notice please e-mail the booking form and then call the Conference office immediately to confirm if we are to cater for your event.
  • Orders received with less than 24 hours notice are subject to product availability.
  • This notice also applies to cancellations. If you cancel your event with less than one day’s notice you will be liable for the full costs relating to the function.

Additional Services

  • For functions outside the current scope on offer, additional costs may be incurred. The customer would be warned of this in advance of the function.
  • Functions for 30 covers or more, require a minimum of 48 hours notice
  • Special functions requiring items not held in stock would require a minimum of one weeks notice.
