The philosophy of the Park is to provide security and flexibility to tenants, and the Centre therefore offers renewable leases for up to three years with the option to break on one month's notice. Individual units - which can range in size from 10 to 500 sq.m - come equipped with or have access to:

Provision of comprehensive services allows tenants to concentrate on their businesses without the distractions of non-core, property-related issues.

The Innovation Centre building has been designed so that each floor forms a 'street' complex which allows tenants to 'shop' for services from fellow tenants to aid the development of their businesses. These include expertise in:
